OFCOM has announced taht inter-connect rates will drop from 4.3p to 0.5p in 2015

Great news

But why the delay?

If they can do it, why can't ICASA?

OFCOM ffs.

Stupid Labour government wants to propose ADSL tax. I wouldn't mind but they can't even upgrade my 8mbit connection to 24mbits, and I live 1.5 km from the ACTUAL exchange.
