Has anyone signed up with them before? I can't seem to register as I am not in the UK.

Any advice?
 
You have to live in UK or EU to qualify for OVH servers.
Else get someone who stays in UK, FR, EU... to get server for you, u paypal him, he pays OVH.

France servers are ALL OVH servers.

Selling them at a pretty decent price. Promo code: temp010203 to get a 10% recurring discount. Its only available till 5th of April though.

You could find Kimsufi servers cheaper. The OVH servers are best 24/7 but the kimsufi servers are good for low budget people. Look for seedbox hosts. Most like 80% of them sell OVH servers and Kimsufi servers.
