Hey gius. Long story short. Was jamming cod4 and got asked to lan at my friends house. So I shut down to pack up. 5 minutes later it still says 'shutting down windows...'. So I hard shutdown and pack up. Get there, PC wont boot. Wont even reach BIOS. Re-seated graphics card and RAM. Tried without RAM. Tried without graphics card. Tried without Hard Drive. No BIOS. No beeps. Sorry for machine-gun fire sentences, gotta make it quick.

Any help would be /great/

Since you moved the PC to take it to the LAN, it's possible that something has become loose. Try removing and reseating all your power connectors. If it still won't boot after that, try reset your BIOS.

Try to get your PC running with only the bare-minimum connected (motherboard, CPU, RAM, graphics). Leave anything else that isn't necessary (HDD, optical, case fans, etc) unplugged for now.

thanks for the quick reply. this sucks lol. um. ive tried resetting bios (removed battery for 5mins). tried a different screen. tried bare minimum. I think something is causing the POST to fail. ive tried everything. One thing im ****ting bricks about is i accidentaly pulled out my hard drive while the power was on (just the power tho, not the pc itself). Ive tried pretty much everything. The pc was wedged between the backseat and the drivers seat and ive transported it before. Ive had this problem before twice and bios reset worked each time. im stressing here. jhb is a long drive away

Since it's happened twice before it was probably a sign that your mobo was dying.

Now it's dead.

Try reseatting all the power connectors though.
