View Full Version : 3G kills my signal?
anyone else had this problem?
all of a sudden (about a week ago) my iphone 3gs would say "no signal".
after restarting, moving around, etc, i turned my 3G off... and all was well.
whenever i turn my 3G on i get no signal at all.
is this vodacom's issue or is something wrong with my phone?

I had the same issue, Just upgrade to Iphone OS 3.1.
im on 3.1.2
have been since it was released.
guess i'll just wait for 4.0 then ;)

No this is not good. Maybe you should take it in to Vodacom.

exactly the same thing happened with my phone, restore also didnt fix it, eventually took it into vodacom to fix and they found hairline cracks on casing and is in midrand being repaired/replaced out of warranty. should be getting it back soon though. take it into vodacom and get it replaced
