Anyone know of proxy to browse international sites using local cap?

After the last reveal and subsequent closure of mentioned open proxy's do not hold your breath!! Google and you will find but do not expect great speeds.
 
yeah the last guy's right. i just used a local proxy a few minutes ago, worked fine. just look around and check the ms of the server.
