He started 5 games last year 4 in La Liga and 1 in CL...

Maybe you should email Sky Sports, BBC, Goal.com and ask them why they refer to this season as his debut season.

He played last season. This is not his debut season, so stop trying to argue that it is.

Pedro wasnt part of the first team last season. He was always called up from the youth system. He never played 90 mins for Barca in the 2008 season.

Do you need a dictionary definition of the word 'debut'. He didn't make his first appearance for Barcelona this season, this is not his debut season.
Your debut season is the season when you make your debut irrespective if you have been drafted in from the youth team squad in order to make that debut. Debut is your first cap irrespective of how long you are on the field. The journo's can misuse the term but it doesn't change facts.
On to the topic I reckon he is worth about €16-18 million. Obviously market value is difficult to determine since it depends on the buyers, likes of man city and madrid would be prepared to pay much higher for a player than the other clubs.

Pedro started 5 games and subbed in 6... that's 11 games does that mean not a debut?
So in essence if Ronaldo who started in 2003/04 season only played 14 league starts it's not a debut?
What about Macheda last season who played in 3 whole matches and 2 Substitute are you arguing that's not his debut? What about this season he's played in 5 started and 2 sub it's still not a debut!

The term full debut is often used and this is Pedro's full debut season. Blame the term on the media, they refer to his season as that.
And no Pedro doesnt play in the FA Cup. If you knew anything about football you would know that he scored in the:

Champions League
Club World Cup
Cope Del Rey
European Super Cup
Spanish Super Cup
