Who to fix my HP desktop??

My home PC is a HP dx 7400 tower, supplied by insurance some years back.
It has been freezing and then the HDD went. I got another HDD from Matrix and reloaded, but its still hanging, even on the install.
Should I take to HP in Midrand or can someone recommend someone closer to Rosebank (JHB) to repair / Upgrade this machine?
 
I disconnected the bad drive, swopped sata cables and ports but still hanging. I blew the dust out of the case, fans working fine. Ran the HP diagnostics, which it passes - except when it hangs!
Where are you?
