The business analyst will be required to draft business requirements for wapsites. He or she will be responsible for taking the brief from sales, organising and facilitating requirements workshops and drafting these into a requirements definition specification to be used by IT to build the system.
Technical Skills Required:
- The ability to draw up use cases
- The ability to define business rules
- The ability to construct process flows
- The ability to facilitate requirements workshops
- A good understanding of the process of software integration, wap and website development
- Needs to have a great ability to analyse the clients requirements and apply those requirements to our solutions
- Needs to be able to work under tight deadlines
- Needs to be able to communicate clearly on a business level as well as a technical level
- Needs to be able to clearly articulate complex requirements into clear processes and business rules
- Will need to have excellent organisational skills to co-ordinate clients with requirement meetings
- Will have to be comfortable having meetings and sessions with clients independently
- Will need great attention to detail to ensure all the requirements are gathered correctly
- At least 3 years experience as a BA
- R15k to R25k (cost to company per month)
