What do i do with them? I am on the "UNCAPPED & UNSHAPPED account!" yet they send me this,
So i need help, do i cancel? Do i not have a right to fight for what i purchased as a consumer? I will look at my contract today and if it doesnt say SAOL reserves the right, i think i can probaly take them to court? Firstly it is uncapped and unshapped.
Was really happy with SAOL, even got them some new customers...but now---regret all that i have done to market the company!
Im sure someone from SAOL is here, can you respond?
We regret to inform you that your average usage is more than double the average of all other users on the same service, it is considered abusive and we reserve the right to terminate the account or move you onto a more appropriate package. This is degrading the service for everyone and thus in violation of our terms of service.
We can offer the following:
1. You can go onto a business package at R2300 per month all inclusive.
2. A line only account with a free 1Gb cap for debugging purposes at R139, which is still much cheaper than having the line rental with Telkom, you can then source an uncapped service from another ISP. The reason we give you a free gig is that when you have a problem, you can use the free gig to determine whether the line is down or not, by using the free account we provide.
If both accounts do not work, phone us and we will log a line fault for you.
3. We can give you a 30Gig account at the same price that you are currently paying. Top ups will cost you R29 per gig.
If we do not hear from you by Monday the 26/04/2010, your account will revert to option 2 at the end of this month.
