Intel Board 1156, i3 or i5 processor and 2-4GB DDR3 1333

Description: My machine is screaming for an upgrade. I just need board (Intel 1156), processor (i3 or i5), RAM (DDR3 - 1333) and a new case. My case is falling apart.I have SATA HDD, PSU 620W 0-dba, SATA DVD and 8800 GTS 320 and W7 home premium 64(and 32).I had some quotes but they tried to rip the balance from my bank account.Help would be appreciated.
