A cheapo USB sound card is what you need. Like this

Uhm, Not exactly something that someone will just "make up" Its not a case of soldering some cables between usb and audio jacks... Creative Labs does one, but I'm guessing you aren't wanting to spend a huge amount of money on it. The link Synaesthesia posted is shipping from Camperdown, which isn't too far from Durbs...
