Ferrari to modify engine ahead of Spain

F1 is so fscking boring this year, thanks to no refueling.

Back in the 90's when they also didn't refuel, there were record pit stops (sub 3.5sec) which each of the teams tried to beat. Nowadays, they stop for tires and it's 7-8 Seconds average. Where's the fun?
 
I won't stop watching F1, but have to agree that pit strategies were what I loved so about the sport!! Each team trying to second guess the other....
Sadly now pit "strategy" is pendant on whether it rains or not...
