I think the problem is that nobody wants jacksh1t to do with MyWireless.

You're probably right . Was a former subscriber myself, even used your linux driver, Rodent!

But maybe there is a Mywireless subscriber out there who would like to boost their signal just that little bit more .

Clearly the value proposition on this offer it totally poked, at least for a non-tech/general user-type person. When they can buy a new pigtail (and so get that warm, fuzzy feeling of brand new) for less than this AND the silly things (from their POV) you're tying to the sale mean nothing to 'em anyway ..why'd they bother?

That said, Webb's online pricelist show truly horrendous costs for panelmount n-type connectors -so much so that I'm more inclined to violate regular cable-fitted connectors for when I (eventually ) get around to playing silly buggers with antenna experimentation and defer spending this kind of silly money until later.

Okay, I decided to visit this thread again .

I hadn't realise the prices on a pigtail had come down, I thought they were still R250. Since the pigtail and can are just gathering dust, I'll sell them for R120 total.
