WBS how about a basestation connection page on the website?

I'm still suffering from the problem where some UTD resets/logins are slow & some are fast.

I got a ext. antenna pointed directly at Kayalami BS, so I thought I got my BS connection sorted.

Phoned call center today just to check that I always connect to Kayalami BS ... low and behold they told me I bounce between Kayalami & Fourways.

If anyone from WBS is listening, it would really help troubleshooting to have page on your site where you could enter your UTD/C ID and it would give you your currently connected BS.
 
I am with you on this one, it would also help in positioning the UT-D in a suitable place. WBS hear us out!
 
I'm with you on this one aswell some time the logins take like about 10/20 seconds or longer,login to kick in. I even thought it might be the modem so what i do is switch off the modem on and off maybe it needs that special touch like a computer needs a restart.

My UT shows
5 lights always.
Base Station Connecting to : Auckland Park, CBD JHB
