They have that fat cat ANC lawyer that will use your stolen tax money to pay for the bail.
Give him bail if he is not going to be a flight risk and will not harm any person while on bail.
No use keeping him in jail at the expense of the taxpayer if he qualifies for bail.
Within the local community he is seen as a hero and will most probably be given free board and lodging.
