Main Role:
• Our client is looking to add an experience Project Manager to their team
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Initiation of projects, work breakdown structure and project planning
• Identification and allocation of resources required for the project
• Project scope definition, planning and execution management
• Project Resource forecast, management & tracking
• Resource leadership, mentoring and development planning
• Project Financials forecast, management & tracking
• Scope management, issue management, risk management
• Ensuring that all procedural issues are addressed when the implementation or migration of new business are completed
• Management of the project plan and progress to plan
• Effective execution of tasks / requests / queries as per project documentation and client request log
• Communication & progress reporting to stakeholders, business users and all related parties
• To ensure that the relevant project documentation is produced in accordance with the prescribed quality
• To ensure that the project produces the required deliverables, to the required standard of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
• Relevant tertiary qualification related to the role
Technical Skills & Experience:
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Senior management communication & escalation skills
• Proven ability in planning, forecasting and delivering complex cross divisional operational and technology projects
• Sound decision making skills
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Innovative / resourceful / problem solving & deadline driven
• Self managed
• Strong client focus
• A flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure
• High standard documentation creation/review/management skills
• Proven analytical skills
• Experience as a Project manager
• Relevant Tertiary or industry project management qualification required
• Proven experience in process analysis
• Skilled in MS Project or other planning tools
• Experience in technology project management advantageous
