Purchased 600MG on website, balance is only 585.94 MB

I just purchased a 600MB data bundle on vodacom.co.za and my bundle balance is 585.94 MB!
How does that work exactly?
I haven't gone online since purchasing the bundle as my account statement will show.
Where are my missing 15 MB?:(
 
it would appear that you bought 600 000 kb of data. divide that by 1024 and you get EXACTLY: 585.9375MB

aint that weird :D

Hi Please send me your number and i will check.If you purchase 600 Mb you get 600 Mb and nothing less.

Thanks VodacomData, but I'm not sure what you're posting here. What is the point of this?

I purchased 600Mb on the Vodacom website and checked my balance immediately after purchase and the balance was 585.94 MB.
I had not gone online yet - I checked my balance immediately after purchase.
This was on the 4th June. (The date of the original post). You post an image of what I assume is my balance on the 11 June - a week later -
as if that is supposed to mean something or tell us something. It doesn't.

Here is what I suggest - it's not complicated - get a record of all the data I've used since loading the bundle, add it up and it will be 15Mg short of the 363.45 it says I've used.

I miss vodacom3g :cry:

Sorry for being difficult / rude but it's like you think I'm lying or making this up.
I'm not.
Next time I buy data I'm going to tell you first so that if it happens again you can see for yourself before I start using any data.
