Senior Designer / Team Leader
If you feel you have the web design talent and can contributed to a fast paced design team in a management level for a company specializing in top notch eCommerce websites, then this position is for you!
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to head up the design team working hand in hand with the project manager orchestrating the designing and running of the projects from start to finish. We will negotiate the right salary for the right candidate.
What you will need
• A passion for Great Design
• At least 5 years graphic design experiance
• Experience in UX design
• Highly experienced in CSS;
• Good experience in HTML and CSS to create functional designs
• Graphic Design Skills using Photoshop
• Organisation and Time Managements Skills
• Project Management Experience
• Ability to manage and direct designers
• Great Telephone Manner
• Solid command of the English Language
• Live in the Southern Suburbs (non-negotiable)
What You’ll do:
• Lead the design time in producing high quality designs;
• Create powerful user experiences based on user centered design;
• Liaise directly with customers to get clear briefs
• Manage customer expectations
• Convert designs and other graphical content into Cascading Style Sheet templates;
• Create online adverts such as banner ads;
• Merchandising online stores
