HTC Desire not on business call upgrade (vodacom) ?

can't choose it from the list as an upgrade option, looking at business call per second contract (vodacom). is it available for that contract type ?
 
its with a pay in of R2299 on a straight business package (per second), not to sure what the finance options are though if you dont want an upfront payment
