New annual R190 levy on rented mailboxes

Does anyone know about this new rental levy on mailboxes (apart from SAPO boxes) that comes into play 1st August?

My Postnet rental goes to R395 a year. Excluding VAT.

When can we expect levies on pop accounts...

Dunno. I paid R191 for my SAPO postbox this year though.
