Vuvuzela is ruining the world cup

Why would idiots waste their time making these sites?
Also what weight is it going to hold on this event? None!

If you think for one second that the Vuvuzela is not going to be allowed in World Cup stadia now or after the event is gone - you're sorely mistaken.

Yes it can be a pain in the arse - but you'd need to stay in Woodbridge Island to find some peace ;)

Stupid device that is basically an excuse for drunks to make a noise

it was sad not to hear the barmy army above the vuvuzela but hey, TIA after all innit?

Didn't one of our players complain there wasn't enough noise during the opening?

Something tells me the players don't care

Oh god, give us a break!

The USA/UK game seemed pretty tame without the Vuvuzelas!!

Will all the grannies please bugger off somewhere else for the duration of the WC, please...

i definetely rreckon vuvuzelas are win!! but only at the games, this bull about blowing your vuvuzelas early morning is rubbish.

the vuvu is here to stay whether we like it or not.
Orders for vuvu production are pouring in from other countries.

the real decider in this issue is spectator attendance.
If the stadiums become more and more empty, perhaps somebody will give up and admit that they suck.
Until spectators actually stop going to the games, they will remain in force, no amount of petitioning and moaning will make any difference.

I reckon they can blow it during the entire month of the WC... It goes with the spirit and vibe, waking up to Vuvuzelas on the opening was majestic :D
Can't wait for Wednesday when we beat Uruguay

Overseas television stations are being inundated with complaints about the irritating humming sound during matches. A quick google search reveals tweets like "thanks South Africa for ruining the beautiful game with that ugly noise".

This is not the South African Cup. It is the World Cup. It is an international event. South Africa is merely hosting the event. These people are our guests - we begged FIFA to grant us the event - and we should be more considerate of international opinion on the matter.

I am not going to support something just because it is a South African invention. I think that 90 minutes of vuvuzela blowing detracts from the game and if you want to call me an unpatriotic granny for saying so then fine - the rest of the world are unpatriotic grannies too.

The world can shut up... Bet they also hate chantings of "U S A, U S A" or any games in Korea in 2002 .. Both extremely loud chanting
We host it here? We going to add local flavour :D

YUP! I'm calling you a GRANNY!! :D

And all this winging is the same as saying that the Barmey Army cannot sing at matches! BOLLOCKS!
