SA winners in Nigeria bid

Do we send our apologies to the Nigerian people now, or is this just deserts for all those 419 scams? Time for a poll I think.

2 - MTN
3 - Celtel
4 - Osracom
5 - NewTel
6 - Huawei + Other Chinese companies
7 - Huawei/Jacuz

Interestingly SnoTATA failed to get in. /Me wonders who they forgot to bribe ?
