Here is something that I have found out through a few reliable sources .
asked the tech at desktop support about our lines being upgraded and when this will take place..... he replied saying, he could see my area exchange was busy upgrading our D-Slam..... said i qualified for a 10 meg line.... could tell me exactly when it will take place, because they r not permitted to say, but it will be automatic......
once exchange has completed upgrade line speed would automatically go up.
