England should look at 2018 because most of the current players will be oldies in 2014 and they don't have any youth coming up.
Same goes to BB. BB is a better squad though.

Well I dont know about that, there's some very talented English youth coming through the Arsenal and West Ham academies,

Potential at Arsenal alone -

Theo Walcott
Jack Wilshere
Kieran Gibbs
Kyle Bartley
Jay Simpson
Jay Emmanuel Thomas
Henri Lansbury
Benik Afobe
Craig Eastmond
Thomas Cruise
Luke Ayling
Chucks Aneke
Sanchez Watt
Luke Freeman
Rhys Murphy

Of those, I'm sure Gibbs, Wilshere, Walcott will all be members of the Euro 2012 squad, possibly Lansbury as well..

I dont know enough about the youth at other clubs but from Everton theres Jack Rodwell..

By 2014 the current players will be oldies, correct, and thats a blessing

Are you sure those players aren't from France? :)

I feel the current Eng squad was a possible WC winning one in a long time. I don't think we'll have the next Lampard, Gerrard, Terry, etc any time soon (at least 5 years).

No they arent from France ;)

Yea no Lampard, Gerrard, Terry, is a good thing, too many egos in the current dressing room

yea but what i meant is parts of the current batch believe they are bigger than the manager
 
I said harry should've been appointed instead of capello from the beginning.
