I see this month's SA Computer Magazine has a test comparing Sentech, iBurst and ADSL. Hellkom and myadsl are being quoted.
 
ADSL mostly. They also interviewed a senior type from each company, which makes interesting reading, especially how they avoid answering questions (mainly Telkom) or blame Telkom (the other two).
