Mweb: how to get your username and password?

I'm on Mweb uncapped 384 and I need my username and password, specifically the details that I would use to log in and see my monthly data usage on their website. How do I go about getting these details? They never respond to my mails, I must have sent 5 or 6 already.

Also, does anyone know if this account comes with an email address? If so, how do I find out the details of the address?

i think you'll have to phone their help desk and provide the account holder's ID number. as for if you get email services along with the account, probably? it would involve setting up the POP3 and STMP details in your mail-client. the person answering the phone should be able to help

Ama mweb user - use above link - click on "forgotten password" ; however you will have to know your username at least - they (Mweb helpdesk) will then email you your password. you can then login & change it to something you will remmeber in future.

Sigh. You choose your email address when you sign up.
 
Ah, I got my mother to do the signup as it's on her phone line. Bad move I guess :)
 
Just give them a call, and they will probably ask you to fill out a form to reset your password, and fax it back. A phone call should do the trick for you. :)
 
If the account is in your router you can retrieve it using Firefox or anything else that can reveal the source of the password page. It's a 15 second job.

Oh well.

Geez, that's scary - seems to work on my Billion modem! Not exactly secure...

BTW: Anyone with sense will have added a password to the modem adminstrator page. Well, they should, for this and many other reasons!
