Can't phone/sms or receive calls from Cell-C numbers

I orginally was with Vodacom, then ported my number to MTN. After a couple of months I moved back to Vodacom however ever since then I NEVER recieve calls/sms's from Cell-C numbers.

I have contacted Vodacom but that was a complete joke.

Any ideas on how I can get this resolved?

Hi there. Please PM me your number. I will then log a call with our port desk for them to request Cell C to check their routing tables.

I've had the same problem with my S.O's Number and my Brother in Law's number, you are not alone!
 
Yip - there was a problem with my port - can't recall exactly how or what, I'll see if I can find the emails.
 
Both Linoman and Fray have been responded to already. Resolution to follow.
 
it seems that the problem is fixed! big up and high fives! wooot!

Linoman...your service request is now closed. Please test it and see if you can receive now from Cell C and let us know?

Hey dude!

Sorry been hectic at work. I now need to find someone to SMS me from a Cell-C number! ROFL!

Vodacom did phone me this morning and asking me if it is fixed, my reply I don't know yet! Will post back
