Would have to disagree with you there bud. As far as I know to change the language pack simply use NSS to change the productcode to the APAC one that contains Korean and use Nokia Software Updater to update the firmware. There is also the ability to install different fonts just Google it.
It is relatively easy to unbrick a bricked phone is it not? Think I changed mine to Europe to get the latest firmware..
