Best ISP for Small Business / Home Use?

Which ISP would you recommend for Small business looking to cut costs but not loose QOS and which for Home users?

I get asked this a lot and usually base my answers on the cost of the bandwidth and weather or not someone is available at the end of a phone to answer clients questions when they need support.

I say this all the time. Openweb GOLD uncapped gives the best comprimise between price and performance.
 
Basic use; email, browsing, voip, updating websites.
 
If the business is going to be using around 25GB per month and would like to have a 4Mbps connection, then have a look at the WebAfrica Titan 2 special!
