Iburst Business manned by telkom staff?

Does anyone know if Iburst business has outsourced the Business support to Telkom?? The service level certainly suggests that.

Average time to get through to a business support consultant? 1h35 mins. Time taken to be transferred to technical support? 45 mins...and counting. Number of callbacks promised? 5 Actual callbacks received? 1(to tell me someone will call me back?)

Our link went down yesterday and had the same problem. It was down for about 2 hours and eventually came back on line . A technician called me about 7 hours later to query if our line was down and if he could help.

Will keep you posted.

I know how you feel - just don't have as much patience as you do! Maybe you should pm the iBurst representative on MyBB. Gcebile and Ronald (Rooigevaar) seem to be the only ones who go that extra mile for iBurst customers.
