NeoConnect Prime Unlimited Product Discontinued

I have just tried to order the Neotel Prime Unlimited product from Neotel. There were problems filling in the online order form so a rep phones me on my mobile and asks what service I am interested in. I tell him that I am interested in the NeoConnect Prime unlimited product and he informs me that this product has been discontinued :wtf:

Neotel are only offering the NeoConnect Prime 5GB package from now on and you have to pay 8 cents per MB for anything over 5GB.

Has anyone else tried to order this package recently?

@Hugo - Can you shed any light on this issue?

Do me favor, send me a mail ([email protected]) and let me converse with you over possibilities and direction.
As for the genral thread, this is correct. We have discontinued selling the high end Prime (10gig upwards) and flex (10gig upwards) packages.
