Can't we just hire several circus chimpanzees in clown outfits for the job. At least then we know something will get done.
 
Not that we should have suspected otherwise but what a disappointment old gap-tooth turned out to be.
 
Now the real story about the apparent confusion regarding digital migration emerges.

well, at least now everyone knows why DTT is making a U-turn. Someone offered him more money than the DVB-T guys. Shame, he is missing out on the "fact finding" holiday underway. Suppose that if he is gone he'll be losing out on bribes. By the way, does nobody apply locig anymore, just read the security company's name. At least in the old days there would be some anogram (at the very least) hiding the corrupt relationship. Like I said, corrupt people are getting very lazy nowadays. Oh well, nothing will happen to this guy in anycase....

Whilst I hate to halt a good spurt of fear mongering in its tracks :D ... Nyanda actually seems to support the DVB-T roll out if I'm reading the article correctly. It's Mohlala that wants to change to the new ISDB-T.

Nyanda is said to be unhappy with Mohlala as she has, in his view, given the impression that the government had decided to adopt the Japanese ISDB-T standard after it had started with the European DVB-T standard

Does anyone know how much money he earns as a minister? Surely its a MASSIVE sum already... not sure why he would need to deepen his pockets . . . unless he's stupid and corrupt or he has no backbone
