Computer resellers you trust

I started out by searching the forums but unfortunatly the information is just too scattered throughout the threads.

Please list the names along with contact details and/or websites of computer resellers you've dealt with in the past and will deal with again.

I'm not talking about dealers here, not all of us have access to dealership accounts, just reliable businesses that will build and sell pc's to the general public.

I think this may be prove to be useful information to a lot of the members.
 
Incredible connection and now Telkom. I trust that they will try to rip me off.
 
Cyberdyne Systems are very good www.cyberdyne.co.za, they sell to general public, I buy my hard drives from them , very reasonable Hitachi drives with 3 years warranty

Also Pc International seem reasonable, www.pcint.co.za, although have not dealt much with them
 
I'm probably going to get flamed, but Inter Computers have great PCs if you're not looking for A+++ quality, powerhouse, super computers.

I bought my Intel Celeron 2ghz for internet use, and got a better price than most could offer me
 
For High end & PC modding I have found that PC game & Computer world in menlyn, santon & centurion is the best,
They have a lot of modding option avalible for you, as well as some good prices.

Just want to say i've been using Sybaritic for some time, really recommended. Very efficient [even SMS you when your order is shipped and stuff like that].
 
Okay, some feedback. Yesterday morning I requested a quote (marked very urgent) from some of the companies mentioned in this thread plus two others I found. My experiences with each are described below:
- cyberdyne.co.za - There was some follow up, no quote yet
- computersonly.co.za - No follow up
- sybaritic.co.za - Created an account on their website for me as well as responding with a quote within the hour. Terrific service and decent prices
- pcint.co.za - Sent me a quote a day later. Didn't bother quoting on one of the PC's I requested
- pcmall.co.za - Some follow up, no quote yet
- zenithafrica.co.za - Responded with a quote I'm still trying to make sense of. Also left out some of the items I requested
- soltek.co.za - Responded within the hour. Good range and decent prices

Mmmm.....

Chaos i wouldn't trust again....

Bought a PC there 2 years ago. Asked them to change the graphics card which they did, the card was AGP X8 . Only dug around in the BIOS this year and noticed that the mobo was only AGP X4 ....... bit peed about that ....
