Looks like we need AA version 2.
I can understand that they are upset about resistance to progress. But why upset about the resistance to racism? The commission recommended that it needed to by investigated why there was resistance to progress and racism in the workplace.
Maybe you should ask your buddies in the education ministries about that?"Actually, I'm feeling quite angry that we still find ourselves in the same situation we were in 10 years ago.
I give you the idea how to do things "differently, quicker and faster"....
1) Taxes on WHITE. EVERY WHITE person will pay R100000.00 HEAD Count tax per annual.
2) Taxes on WHITE OWN properties. A WHITE own property, will be taxed R1 mil. per annual.
3) Companies do not allow to employee WHITE people from now.
4) White cannot transfer their money out of the country.
I guarantee, less than one year, WHITE population will drop to less than 1 %. And most of the money in WHITE hands will "transfer" to BLACK hands more "quicker and faster". Employment of BLACK managements will be more than 99%.
You don’t need to do the same way as zim, you can do thing quicker and faster than zim. Do things “LEGALLY”.
Trust me, it will work.
PS: White people, if you don't like it, leave!(anc told you already!)

I wish people would get over this 'race' business. Has anyone stopped to think that perhaps the guys in those management positions are more skilled and suited for the positions than any other person (regardless of race).
I guess what they're saying is that there is some racism preventing transformation.
I don't think it a question of not being able to manage it is that government involvement tends to mess things up. There are a lot of black CEO's and managers in the private sector doing very very well. Parastatals are a problem because politics take over business sense.Yep, you can paint a tiger any color but he still has his spots, only maybe temporary hidden. If you quickly want to Fsuck up any institution or business give it the those that do not deserve it and/or cannot manage. We see the results/examples everyday. Telkom?, Eskom? Government?
It shows strong race based resistance to voluntary change which is why you needed AA/BEE to start with. At the moment this is more voluntary as not meeting those requirements has consequences such as not getting government work, etc, but these people are obviously happy to live without government business. People are refusing to change on their own. Then shouldn't they be going to the HRC instead of changing BEE/AA requirements?

Tiger’s don’t have spots – they have stripes. Leopards have spots.
Transformation is happening. Look at ads for vacancies. Walk into any corporate. It is happening. What people fail to realise is that senior positions take time. You can't buy/transfer 20 or 30 years' worth of experience. It just doesn't work like that. The economic landscape is strewn with debris from forced top-level appointments that were done for the wrong reasons. Patience, they are coming through the ranks.

............... Just food for thought.
