Current devices likely to get gingerbread

I know we r all currently excited by froyo being rolled out. But looking into the future, which current devices r most likely to get gingerbread? Considering the minimum hardware requirements, i reckon the Desire will get it. X10, Milestone, galaxy??? For me gingerbread will be the maturing of Android, thereafter updates wont be so often etc etc

Think you are spot on. The Droid X will probably be on the list as well, Galaxy S most definitely. Android has gotten there fast, and with Google behind it I hope they don't slow down:-) But slower updates are undeniably more practical...besides, the rooting community is huge, so for us there is always something if we need it NOW.
