i cancelled a few months ago, and imagine my surprise when R1788 was taken from my account.
I got hold of Nedbank, who helped me with a lot of details.

I then contacted the call centre and gave them an hour to sort it out, or i will lay fraud charges against them..

Moosa handled the situation, and an hour later i got the call, that my account had been credited....

I will check my balance in the morning to make sure :)

You should have , wont you incure charges now from your bank ?
Fckers , they are so useless.
