Online Helpdesk :confused: surely you must mean the offline & unresponsive ksedpleh?

You don't mean the Support link at helpdesk.wbs.co.za? do you?
 
Ah, the WBS black hole!

All complaints get sent to a stand-alone mail server in Alaska with a rule running to delete all incoming mail.....
 
Personally i think that the computer with all the emails, is in outer mongolia, and they've all been slaughtered by rebels. But anyway. They still not working either way.
