I cried when I saw this picture. She was beautiful once. All she wanted was to live her life. Why would anyone do this to her? Why?

This is why America is in Afghanistan. To destroy the vile "people" who do things like this. To put an end to a society controlled by violent men and their "religion of peace".

I would never do this to a woman, but today I am ashamed to be a man.

I doubt America would care if the violent men hadn't flown planes into the WTC.
 
If you think that America or Americans give a damn about ordinary Afghans then you are sorely mistaken. The only reason America is in Afghanistan is because it suits them strategically. There is no moral higher purpose. And make no mistake, the American army and military have committed war crimes that would make the Taliban proud.

The best thing America can do is leave immediately and let these people sort themselves out. Pity the family of all these American soldiers who have died for nothing.

Disgusting, I totally disagree with this violence for whatever the reason. I will be 1st in line to stone/punish these men if they appear infront of me.

PS: This is the laws of the land and nothing to do with religion.
 
PS nothing pynet. Where do you think those laws come from?

The Taliban is not the official govt either- just a self righteous bunch that inflict their twisted beliefs on those around them.

Those laws def does not come from any Islamic teachings. This happens in all rural cultures throughout the world. Do you see muslims across the globe practising these atrocities of their women?

As I said in another thread, it's amazing - When a given religion does good: Praise and happiness to whichever god-figure. Should it cause anguish and suffering though - It's clearly just crazy savages and nothing to do with the religion. :rolleyes: times 100000

Not at all, it's an atrocity how they treat their women, but were the US in there 'cleaning' things up before 9/11?

You should also give a moment to think 1,000 odd US families left without relatives who have died in Afghanistan, and for what? Increased drug trafficking, more religious intolerance, more terrorism?

How many Muslims are there in the world and how many people get abused this way? Surely even you can draw the correlation.
