Can anyone help me with some direct names and contact emails for people at Nashua Mobile Head Office / Customer Service?
I have a data sim and a cell phone contract taken out for me by my brother-in-law as his company got some rather good deals and I have been trying to transfer them into my name. Unfortunately some little credit company went and took out a judgement against me even though I have a monthly payment agreement with them!
Separate issue and I am currently waging war to have the judgement rescinded.
This does mean however that the cell phone contract which has about a year to go has to remain in my B-I-L's name until such time as I manage to clear my credit record ( yes I know wishful thinking!!)
The data sim contract has however come to an end and has been converted to a pre-paid contract.
I am informed by the young man at the branch we have been dealing with however, that even though it is now a pre-paid contract it can still not be transferred to my name.
I do not know why as if there is no contract, there is no risk, and if I were to walk into nashua mobile off the street and purchase a sim pre-paid there would not be a problem, but he says his hands are tied!!
I would cheerfully cancel everything and go to another service provider for my pre-paid data except that I do not want to lose the email address that is attached to that sim number.
So.... does anyone have any nashua mobile "head honcho" amail addies for me?
