I can not wait on the phone for 20mins just to activate a service ...

so r00igev@@r tried to help me out and well it turned out he didn't help ... now i have this fake illusion of having a new product activated ....

And calling iburst is impossible .... half the time i get cut off and the other half i get misdirected .... and the rest of the time i sit and listen to their "whatever they call the in-call advertising or" music ... :wtf:

Walk away and go adsl route - consistent connection 24/7/365 - i hear your pains :wtf:

Been with ****company since the days of wbs - and yes they are going under - leave the ship while it's sinking or go under with them

yeah i understand... BUT telkom is refusing to install/maintain the Last Mile cable due to excessive copper theft. So i am so to say stuck on this ship until i might sell my house and buy a new house in an area with broadband .... " how screwed up is that for logic" :wtf:

Tech support can't even inform me as to what ports are used for this service. i have kicked my entire router in DMZ and still nothing.
