International Wireless Companies in SA

I was browsing wifi providers in US, and I see that Boingo Wireless has at least 2 Joburg hotspots for $21.95 a month - apparently 'unlimited' connectivity ( http://www.boingo.com/search.html?pgt=results&cnty=ZA&ste=GAU&cty=Johannesburg

Anyone know the speeds/limits for downloads? Don't seem to be able to find precise info on their site..

And are there any other US providers quietly offering their services to travellers to SA via various hotspots?
(I see 'IP Roamer' have a ton of hotspots..

Those hotspots are actually local companies that have roaming agreements with International hotspot providers.

Most of the local hotspots are ADSL lines (some of them are still on old 3GB capped accounts, which makes them quite useless towards the end of the month)
Some of them have agreements with IS, SAIX and Telkom (like Wireless-g) and those are fed by diginet lines.
