I'm going to write them and complain that the proprietary Microsoft Excel(r) format in which they make available their list of VANS licensees is not readable and easily accessible to every user with equal ease.

can you post a link?...used to know where it was but lost it in the icasa web site redo and actually thought it had been taken down

thanks..my communication skills suck - was referring to the VANS licencees database which used to be available but which i have not been able to track down for a month or two
 
You cant download Open Office. Telkom is going to charge you a lot for that and complain that you abuse the internet.
 
Then send an email to the Shuttleworth foundation / Go-Open, complaining about the capitalist scum ruining the delivery of free and open software and he'll either send you a free Open CD with it on or buy the Internet depending on how he feels ;)
 
Anybody on the forum have contact with Shuttleworth? Invited him to join yet? Or is he one of the "hidden" users as well?

What a load of utter CR@P. What is the definition of "equal ease". People write 1000+ page books on Internet usablity and there's no definition in the whole wide world on "Ease of Use", let alone "equal ease" for "every" user nogal.

You, know, my eyes are filling up with tears, I really feel like crying.
