Hi all..

I have an ISDN line for my office with a FAX machine running on it too. The problem is that I can recieve faxes fine but in order to send them I have to connect my fax machine to my normal analogue phone line. This is, a: painful b:wear and tear on the connectors. Is there a switcher box available that I can use to swtich btwn the ISDN line and analogue line or is there someway I can set up the ISDN box doodad to enable it to send faxes?

I can't change the who fax machine over to the analogue line as all my advertising has my fax number already on it :( (would have been a nice simple solution..)

anyhoo Hope on e of you fine peeps can help

:D

There are two analog and two digital ports on the ISDN2a NTU. This can give you four MSN numbers in total. Just assign the current MSN number of the fax line to an analog port - and no more switching cables.

If you need help setting the MSN numbers give Telkom a call to get a techie to come and help you.
