My laptop has a DTV-B TV Tuner ... What can I watch?

As the title says, my laptop has a built in DTV-B TV Tuner (Dell XPS 1640)... now this is a Digital TV tuner so of course I am unable to watch anything via the "bunny ears" antenna it comes with.

Is there anything I could plug it into? DSTV/TopTV?

Or is it pretty much useless in this country.

It's DVB-T (digital video broadcast - terrestrial). Your normal outdoor grid aerial should be able to pick up stations if there is a digital broadcast in your area.
 
Top TV and DStv RF outs are analogue... In Cape Town the DVB-T test broadcasts by Multichoice on channel 50, are encrypted.
