Hi Guys

A very good friend has the above camera and is looking for the manual for it and wants to buy it online but would have to wait between 2 - 3 weeks for it. Do any of you guys have a copy or know where we can get one quicker?

cool thanks bwana. we tried to get a hardcopy from Loot and Take2 but both have no stock and if they get it's 2 -3 weeks before we can get it. we gonna download the pages now.

bwana, my friend Dave was so happy with your link we printed it out (196 pages) and he walked around with the papers under his arm all day long and would not put them down, thanks once again.
 
we just got a battery for the camera but we get an error 99 message and without looking at the book we assume it is because the battery needs charging so where can we get a charger for the camera? we have a Canon generic charger but it is completely different to the shape of the battery we just got.
 
You should be able to buy the original charger or a generic version at any camera shop.

I got a generic one that allows me to charge the battery from the cars cigarette lighter

Unfortunately error could be just about anything - check the contacts on the lens where it connects to the camera body and charge the battery . . . it could work. :o
