The current value of your property

I'm battling to pull any address :/
 
Agreed, it hasnt found 1 out of the 6 or 7 i have tried...
 
could be kinda cr@ppy for a seller though .... like if i was to sell my property at say R1m but i know i only paid 800k and it's actually worth 900k ... the buyer can see what the "value" is and refuse to buy at the price :( it would be hard to sell i would imagine.

but it doesn't seem to know anything... I've tried about 20 places and got no results
 
Looks like a front-end for the gov database they use to calculate property rates. It tends to undervalue properties. Can't find the website right now & it doesn't adjust for # of bedrooms etc as this site does.
 
you're thinking evaluations.co.za (prefixed with the municpality name)..

and if anything, atm that site over values properties given the current property market.

Hmmm mad chaos.

www.evaluations.co.za leads to a private company page.
ethekwini.evaluations.co.za leads to a durban gov page....hosted on a .co.za domain
tshwane.evaluations.co.za leads nowhere.

Cape Town & Tshwane appear to be doing their own thing:

Anyway, for those interested, "property valuation roll" appears to be the correct term to google.
