So who got a PSP and what else with it?

Since its official SA launch was quite hyped i would like to know :

1. Who got their PSP?
2. What games/movies you got/plan to get?
3. Did you update to firmware 2.0 or downgraded to 1.5?
4. You opinions on it?

I got mine on Saturday and the only game thus far is Ridge Racer, i do have Burnout:Legends and Virtua Tennis lined up for purchase. Overall its a nice gadget with some impressive capabilities.

Though the 32MB memory stick is limited you can obtain a 1GB at a price.

Sadly i didnt get to play much with it since my GF stole it to watch movies and play on it... sigh... :rolleyes:
 
I got a 1.50 with a gig memory stick and Coded Arms about a week ago. Firstly its a awsome device I got SNES emulators and doom 1/2 running on it atm :).

Coded Arms turned out too be utter crap thow, but the device is so bloody cool with what you can do with homebrew applications, it makes it all worth it.
 
I will be careful as to what game i get for the PSP, will rely on reviews as they are a tad expensive to buy just by looking at the game covers.

since homebrew software is still almost unavailable for the 2.0 firmware i will wait, since i do expect stuff to appear in the next few weeks as people take advantage of the latest firmware.
 
I saw one at incredible... beautiful graphics...
I have a mate who bought one and it had a stuck pixel, which is apparently quite a comman problem.
The reason i Wont buy one, i never have a need to play games while being on the move. I only play at home. rest of the time im doing other things, so it's unecessary...
But from what i heard, it's really cool...
 
well... the whole idea behind the PSP is that it isnt really only for games, and also its Wi-fi connectivity has most of its games supporting it... :D
 
I can imagine getting into a deathmatch with someone you come across, only to end up beating the crap out of each other ;)
