Car charger for 9700 Bold

Greetings

Being a rep I need a car charger. Online there are a few available but the one goes for R35 and the other (OEM?) is R435. Any advice on which one to take or where there is available would be appreciated.

Got mine at a MTN store for R40 (use it both for my HTC Desire and BB 9700) works like a charm
 
Get a car charger that takes a normal USB plug, use your data cable. The upside of this is you can charge anything that uses a usb cable. Youll find it at most hifi, music or electronic stores. Maybe check out the double one's at looknlisten, they allow you to have the GPS plugged in too
 
I'm using an N97 charger, refuse to pay BB prices.

+1 bought a generic Nokia charger at MTN that works on the Bold 9700 (mini or micro USB). The BB one was R400+ (it had a nice box :p)
 
Yeah, same charger as a Nokia E52..30 or 40 bucks and you're good to go
 
Yea get one of those USB-lighter jobbies (basically a USB port) and then plug your regular BB-USB cable into that. The HTC standard car chargers are exactly that and work with BB too.
 
I have a generic charger, but I get a whistling interference through the car's sound system when it's plugged in to the phone.
