Description: This is a Iphone 3G 8Gig bought in the states. It is jailbroken and software unlocked. That means if you upgrade your phone IOS to anything greater than 4.0.2 you will not be able to activate the phone and it will be locked to AT&T. You can however downgrade to fix this or wait until a new jailbreak is released. The phone is is great condition and comes in a box with headphones, usb cable and charger (american plug). I'm selling it cheaply because I just upgraded to an Iphone 4.
