Article: Unedited release from Democratic Alliance: PUBLIC BROADCASTER SUPPRESSES INF

It's probably because the ANC sheeple wouldn't understand what it means, so why confuse them further?

everybody know the SABC is biast... mouthpiece of the ANC

I am actually sick and tired of hearing news like this, no wonder the ANC gets to keep raping South Africa's resources....... There must be something that can be done., cant they be taken to court or something?

There are enough people around.. like us.. who should be able to produce & flood the media.. in all formats.. and run the focking ANC ****s into the dirt where they belong

Our only competition would be the sellouts who will do the same .. for the buck

A public braodcaster must not be biased. By all means let a private broadcaster be biased, but not a public one.

Is this your opinion or does it stipulate this in our laws? If the later, then surely someone should take them to court for their blatantly bias.... which is so obvious that even a 8yr old retard would notice.

It is part of their mandate as a public entity. They must treat everyone and everything equally. Not equitably... equally.

Like the judicial system the government is bound by the principles of equality. They get around it in the case of BEE and AA by using that "unfair" word in the Constitution WRT "unfair discrimination". However in terms of media reporting on political parties they don't have a similar clause to use as a loophole.

OFF-TOPIC: Weirdly enough one of the very next subsections in the Bill of Rights after that "unfair discrimination" part is a subsection saying that ALL discrimination is presumed unfair until it is demonstrated otherwise. As far as I can see the only way you can demonstrate something like that is to do so in the Constitutional Court. (this is the only court that deals with the Constitution and is still realistically the ultimate power in the country) I'm not sure if BEE was ever proven "fair" in the Con. Court.
